As many of our products include patterns and items that can be duplicated or copied, Need'l Love has a delicate return process for online sales. If an item, other than what is ordered, is shipped by error, Need'l Love will accept the return within 30 days from the original sale and either ship the correct item or give a refund. If an item is unexpectedly out stock or no longer available, Need'l Love will contact the purchaser and refund the sale for that item.
